Meshke Abad
Situated in the South of Hamadan, Hossein Abad is a well-known centre for rug weaving, lending it's name to rugs made in and around the region. Almost all have a wool pile and a cotton warp. The vast majority of designs from this village are geometric, though you do find floral pieces too.
